SCHEMES
MISSION
- To provide financial assistance to the
eligible member of Backward Classes for self employment ventures and skill development.
- To assist in the upgradation of
traditional and entreneurial skills of members of Backward Classes for efficient
management of production units.
OBJECTIVES
The objective of
this scheme is to provide training to the target group to make them capable of
self-dependent through appropriate technical training in the field of traditional &
technical occupations and enterpreneurship. Financial assistance is provided in the form
of grant through State Channelising Agencies (SCAs) Reputed training Institutions.The
trainee can obtain loan under NBCFDC general loan scheme to start his business after the
successful completion of training.
ELIGIBILITY
- The applicant should belong to the
Backward Classes notified by State/Central Govt. from time to time.The annual family
income of the rural application and urban applicant should be below Rs.55,000/-
respectively.
- As per the admission requirements of
Institute concerned.
- Age group-18 to 35 years or as prescribed
by the concerned Institute.

- Skill up-gradation Training Programme
(STP).
- Entrepreneurship Development Programme
(EDP).
- Executive management Development Programme
(EMDP).

Programme (EDP)
In order to equip the beneficiaries to
set up their own business, the training in entrepreneurship development is provided to
prospective beneficiaries.

Under these programmes , various training
programmes have been identified for imparting training to the beneficiaries based on the
locality , demand and infrastructure facility and availability list of resources.

SCAs may identify need based training for
beneficiaries.
The training proposals from reputed NGOs
having more then 03 years of experience with valid registration and good track record in
training shall also be considered through SCAs.
